RATES 2009 to May 2010

PEAK SEASON: December:  Peak season commences the Friday of the second weekend of December and ends Sunday night first weekend of January, Easter weekend. R1200 per person per night, min charge R6000 per night, min stay 4 nights.

MID SEASON: Beginning October - end April including 1 May and following weekend. R800 per person per night, minimum charge R2400 per night. (excl Peak)

LOW SEASON: May - September  R600 per person per night, minimum charge R2000 per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All bookings subject to a minimum 20% administration fee.  Reservations canceled 7 – 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of full booking. Reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of full booking. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.

CHILD POLICY:  Children under the age of 5 will be at no charge. Children aged 5 – 11 will be at 50% of the adult rate if sharing with two adults. 12+ full adult rate.
